General questions and support

Email [email protected] for anything about your account, the app, Luna Plus billing, or the Muse/MCP connector. Include your username (never your password or an API token) so we can find your family's log quickly.

Your data: export and delete

You do not need to email us for either of these. Both are self-service for the family's admin account:

• Export everything your family has logged as a JSON file from Settings in the app, or GET /api/vega/export while signed in.
• Delete your family's account and every event it holds, permanently, with DELETE /api/vega/family (send {"confirm": "<your family name>"} as the body while signed in as the admin). This cannot be undone.

If you would rather we do it for you, email [email protected] from your account's registered address and we will action it within 2 business days.

Security issues

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in Luna or its connector, email [email protected] with a description and steps to reproduce, and put "Security" in the subject line. Please do not test against another family's data without permission, and give us a reasonable window to fix an issue before disclosing it publicly.
